The Farm
THE FARM
The farm was founded in the 80s with the acquisition by my parents of five acres of vineyard.
Since the beginning it was understood the importance to treat the grapes inhouse, to be able to obtain the wine for retailing.
Subsequently, with my entry, the farm expanded and it takes now fifteen acres of vineyard.
Other than the retailing of unbottled wine (usually by demijohn), it was also clear the importance of the bottling, with the aim to offer a more high-quality product.
Moreover, from an agronomic perspective, the farm embraced the organic philosophy, that means more care for the land, more respect for the environment and safeguard of the vineyard that we grow year by year according to the tradition.
Enological path is always strictly connected to the land, in fact we sought to identify the best lands for red wines, the best ones for white wines and the same for spumante wines.
